Since leaving school in 1998 Alan established a career as a graphic designer in a printing firm, and set up his own design firm in 2005.
Alison started by studying ceramics and printmaking at Gray’s School of Art in Aberdeen. After University she set up a pottery manufacturing business in Glasgow.
Having always loved the look and feel of glass, when the opportunity arose to attend a course on stained glass Ann jumped at the chance. This led her on to fused glass.
Chris Quigley is a self-taught artist from Alva. He concentrates mainly on ‘dotwork’ wall pieces.

Swedish glass blower Elin Isaksson makes hand blown & cast glass in tactile, simple Scandinavian forms. She mainly produces glass for lighting and sculpture by commission.
Tillyrie Crafts was started by Irene Aylott. Irene specialises in Sterling Silver jewellery using freshwater pearls and semi-precious stones.
